3 at the back

I'm currently managing Leeds in my 5th season.. And jus changed my tactic to 3 centre backs no full backs/wing backs.. Any key instructions or anything that's good for this tactic?

Don't play this formation against teams with awesome wingers, I once tore fc barcelona 8-0 with reAl madrid as they had no wing players and played three at the back...and you have to atleast have one wide player on each flank...make sure he is someone with high work rate and good defensive capabilities...don't ever think of playing with NO WIDE PLAYERS as it has only ended badly for me...
