What is your current team Luke ? If u play Southampton, use Pelle as target man/offensive. This tactic is perfect for a target man.
 
Hey there, just wanted to let you guys know that I will start using this tactic in the next season with Holstein Kiel from Germany. We are very close to promotion into the Second Division (2. Bundesliga) and I want to give this bad boy a go as the underdog we are very likely about to be once the season starts. Please tell what screens are of interest and I will provide them once we are promoted. :)

These are results since I posted my pre-season. Arsenal game was horrible to watch....... only your tactic from zwolle game till norwhich game. was testing some others. Want to start anew save and give yours a real go. I will try pelle as target man in tactic. tyvm:)

Be patient, tactic need some weeks to be known.
When u play vs biggest team try to change your complete wingbacks to fullbacks/support. Also try to play wider, and use always pressing on all offensive opponents.
Both false nine need to be fast and/or good at dribble. Last striker need to be a good scorer. If you see he miss 3 great chances in a game, switch him with another strikers, its not his day and he wont score.

I was wrapped, used this tactic for the first time, I don't usually use others tactics. In my fist year in the EPL with Portsmouth, smashed Liverpool 5-1.
