Hey.
FM2009 is working on my machine, but the 3d view ain't working!
How do I fix?

Also, tried to download logos etc from this site, but my machine won't let me download ".rar" files!

Any ideas would be appreciated

Cheers

Have you tried updating your drivers for your graphics card and downloaded the latest DirectX?

Can we have your PC Specs please.

It won't let you download the .rar file or open the file?

It's a laptop with 2Gb Processor running on WindowsXP with 1Gb Ram.
How do I check the Graphics spec?

I figured out how to download the other files from your guides on the Homepage!

Cheers

I'm not too sure. Try right clicking on My Computer and viewing Properties. If it's not on there if you go onto the Device Manager i'm sure it will say so on there.

Oh good at least that's sorted :)

make/brand of laptop. also do you have WinRAR (silly question i know but has to be asked) for the files. ATM im running on an Athlon AMD 1.2ghz proc w/ 1.5gb ram and i can get the 3d engine to work but its really laggy so your missing nothing.

to check graphics spec

start > run > dxdiag > display tab > approx total memory

tbh considering its a laptop with that kind of proc and ram i think your looking at 128mb integrated gfx or perhaps even a 64mb integrated. i highly doubt you have a gfx card which makes running a 3d engine pretty hard as integrated gfx doesnt have the ability to run shader models or a 3d engine. i mean it can but not very well.
