3rd season help in prem

Hey guys I'm looking for help in the 3rd season with derby have bout 50m to spend in January and have just lost Will Hughes to Chelsea and sold Tom Ince to Hull. Need help getting a good quality deep lying playmaker like Hughes and a winger/ inside forward to replace Ince. Any recommendations?
