4-1-2-1-2???

Just took over werder bremen and their formation is 4-1-2-1-2, i was just wondering if people have success with this and if it works?

I play a 4-1-2-1-2 with the midfielders playing wide. Just make sure your DM is an out and out grafter and keep your tempo high and passing on the direct side. The only problem I've had with this is that in this edition I'm struggling to find a AMC that really shines.
