4-1-2-2-1 tactic help

Playing in swedish lower league but having hard time to get my shots on goal and to score goals =( can any one help me and see over the tactic PLS what dutys and roles should u have set for these players? and what shouts works best in lower league?

From what i can see, id say maybe change your fbs to support and maybe set your striker as a support to maybe like a target man.
FBs will help your wingers as there is a large gap in between the two.
The target man on support help hold the ball up and bring your IF's into the game more.

Changing a striker to support doesnt necessarily mean he'l score less goals.
Give that a shot?

Depending what your strikers strengths are, id choose between either, target man or false nine.
For cm ive found ball winning midfielder (s) and dlp(s) is a good partnership.
i normally have dlp as (d) but with your anchorman id keep cms as support.

I think halfback works better than anchorman too.

maybe even change to half back then do full backs on (a).
