Hey everybody - this is probably the first ever Football Manager on which I've bothered to make my own tactic and I think I'm starting to get there now!
I was hoping you guys could have a go with the formation I've developed and see how you get on with it. It seems to demolish smaller teams and create bucket loads of chances, but I struggle against the bigger sides.
The formation is, typically, a Barcelona-esque 4-1-2-2-1, however it plays nothing like they do with my creative midfielders feeding ball after ball through to my inside forwards.
Any feedback would be great!
