I decided to take over Mexico 2 weeks before the world cup 2018 and won the hole thing.
Here is how you should think when adding players to fit the tactic
Goalkeeper: A keeper who is a great stopper. Petr Cech
Right Back: A attack minded right back. Dani Alves , Hector Bellerin
Two Central Defenders: A defender who isnt too short, great tackling and positioning. Van Dijk, Bonucci
Left Back: A left back that isnt too attack minded and can defend very well. Azpilicueta, Daley Blind, Umtiti.
Defensive Midfielder: A player that has good stamina and tackling. Casemiro. A great passer like Busquets isnt important
Right Central Mid: A player that isnt too creative and plays easy on the ball. He shouldn't be too small either. A player like Toni Kroos.
Left Central Mid: A creative player who can move into channels and score goals and create chances. Dele Alli
Left Winger: An left footed inside forward that can score goals. He needs Pace to cope with counter attacks. Carlos Vela
Right Winger: A player that can cross with the left foot, that can score goals and he needs pace to cope with counter attacks. Of course a left footed winger would be perfect but a right footed player that can cross with the left foot would also work. Players like Di Maria, Neymar, De Bruyne, Son and Douglas Costa
Striker: A striker that can cope with counter attacks and he needs good passes. He also needs to create chances for himself and others. A player like Dybala and Luan
I dont expect you to buy these players but try to find similar players.
