Can the forwards be targetme types? or must it be the classic fast ones?
 
Disgusting. Absolutely unplayable. One of the worst tactics I've tested

This might only work with the appropriate midfielders.
Napoli are pretty light-on with midfield depth and this requires 4 starters with at least 3 decent back-ups, more than they have.

This is a test league, where the composition of Napoli is not the same as in reality. The tactics are terrible, it's useless to argue with this. Point.
