4-1-4-1 Tactic for Average Teams

I use this tactics for 2 clubs. I tested Melbourne Heart from Australian A-League and FC Barcelona - (Only test not play/my assistent played all matches for my tactics). I watch FC Bayern Munchen in real and new tactics from Pep is perfect. This is revolution for me. I use last patch Football Manager.

Information :

FM 14 14.2 patch
Formation 4-1-4-1
No use Team Instruction
Use only Player Instruction
Home and Away tactics no change tactics
If i see assistant help in match i don't use it. If i lose i change only mentality

KEY :

+

More possesion if u play good team (need good center midfielders)
More Shoots (if u have good striker u have very good statistic)
Wing midfielders like play defence and offense in match
Players like play wings (more assist from wings)

If u have not good center defenders u lose more goal

Your link of the tactics sheet only shows the Target man and the 4 defenders + goalie so thought i would point it out incase that was unintentional


Ninja Edit: Also, you might want to post some info about the tactic itself, ie style of play or what its attempting to do for your side and perhaps what kind of players it may suit or not many people will have an interest i expect.

But go check the player instructions for my tactics. I only add instruction for players and change position for any players in tactics. I not add team instructions.
