4-2-2-2 "Il Devasto"

okay, going to give it another go then. Who did you play in the mcl mcr positions?

Erm well i have only used it with Madrid so obviously it just turned out amazing, like 130 + league goals, ronaldo with like 60 goals etc. So im not sure if it was just real madrid being amazing or an amazing tactic. I am yet to try it with United, chelsea etc

Going to start yet ANOTHER united game. This is so annoying i think i have started about 10 united games and stopped 20 games in each time cause the tactic turned out to be complete wank. Lets hope this 11.3 tweak is the one!

also is counter attack supposed to be clicked? i accidentally fiddled with the tactic :(

dont change any of the settings done by alexx mate all i did was set match prep to def poss on max work load leave it like that all the time i played vidal MCR pastore MCL
 
im in the championship and beat Chelsea for the second time in 2 years , both in eon fa cup

+ 7(seven Clear cut chances )

in your opinion is this the best devasto for 11.3?

with 120+ goals a season and strikers on 45+ goals?

i think the first 1 11.2 patch was the best, but the 11.3 patch/ has took away something from the wingers getting loads space. and creating chances for other players to get forward. . the 11.3 tactic is real good ,but like i said the best devasto was on patch 11.2. yes if you got a quick striker he will get 45+
and your team should get +120

i think pace is a must in the defence thats y i put 3 players as center backs in my tweaked version
 
I think the new 11.3 one untweaked can easily get you 120+ goals a season with a good striker getting 45+. Haven't tried the tweaked version so can't comment on that.
 
just played spurs in 6th round of the eon fa cup i had 9 ccc and i played a very good spurs team un like Chelsea in 5th round

i won 5-3


were all Wednesday arn't we??

Before match:

I individually say that "I have faith in your ability" to each player. If the option "you expect him to pick up where he left off last time" is available I choose that instead.


Half time:

Half time teamtalks I choose individually for each player.

6.4 or below - "Disappointed"
6.5 - 7.3 - "I have faith in your ability"
7.4 - 7.7 - "Pleased"
7.8 and above "Delighted"


End of match:

I usually say "tell the lads they have done well" or "let them know the performance was sensational" if the team have played well. I also use individual team talk if a player have played very well or very poor.

6.5 or below - "Disappointed"
6.6 - 7.7 - "Pleased"
7.8 and above - "Delighted"


The main thing is to try and stay positive, but still let players know when they´re not performing to your expectations.

I ve been using il devasto on 11.2
Perfect as mentioned
but 11.3 is abit gay, i concede just too much, but i found something different
my AML is assisting more than my AMR, in 11.2 my AMR assist like no body;s business but in this patch, this guy shoot rather than pass! but AML is performing!
Other than that, my def is crappy, i've best defenders, but .. i tweaked as mentioned in previous post, putting fb mentality to a bit defensive, still early to conclude but i kept a few clean sheets though...
Any suggestions?

My epl table - P - 13 W- 9 D -2 L -1 F -43 A- 16 = 16 is **** gay here, the top 4 in the league concede less than 10 - but of cos they cant score :)

alex's tactic with attacking movement on max workload is absolutely brilliant.

Also I have noticed the selection of the two cm's is vital to the tactic. You have to have proper cm's who can work hard in tackling and create chances for it to work. For instance fletcher and carrick, scholes, modric etc will work because they are trained in the middle to work hard and win the ball and create chances. Moving a player like giggs or park or say nasri into the middle doesn't work, you will not retain the ball and they will be ineffective in creating ccc's. Go for out and out centre mids!

I tried tweaking to tackling hard = boom red cards are shown like yellow cards -.-:@
