1. Match Preparation : Set this tactics into very high workload first...it might be take couple weeks to adapt

2. Player Needed : Try to use an existing team first ...then u know what to do....
just filter it from some good player you might want for ...
i recommend for defensive midfielder you need a fast one(acceleration, marking, tackling, anticipation, work rate, team work and a good passer too....both must have good stamina...

2. Team talk & Opponent Instruction : my assistant did this for me...but for some game u need to handle it...

3. Accept defeats(A)...for some reason ;)...


I realize that big clubs like this could do better and you might want tweak for your own team ...i don't have much time to test this tactics with lower league....so if anyone want to be generous to give it a try, and tell how its development, it would be very nice

This tactics would much better if left some critics below...

Hi, I will try out this tactic with Chelsea first season. Will let u know how it goes. :D
