Recently on my YouTube channel I have been tackling some of Football Manager 2015's challenges. In "The Savior Cometh" I chose Chelsea and after some tough games to begin with, I really went in depth to try and get the most out of the team. We went of a huge win streak and I ended up completing the challenge comfortably.
I used a 4-2-3-1 Formation with some personal tweaks. I used the Left Winger as an Inside Forward & the CAM as a support Playmaker in front of two Ball Winning defensive midfielders. It created a really solid defensive base allowing an arrow head attacking three in Hazard, Remy & Cuadrado to wreak havok going forward.
I also used the same tactics in "Injury Crisis" this time managing Arsenal with similar results. As a result I thought I would make a separate video going over the tactics I used and instructions I set to see if it will offer you all similar results in your Football Manager adventures.
