4-2-3-1 Omnifoot Academy Game Model

Based in our model at Omnifoot Académie located at Abidjan, Ivory Coast we have created an FM21 tactic.

This tactic follows the way we see football: “High Pressing, High Intensity (with and without the ball) and Space Exploitation”.

In our academy we believe football is all about exploiting space and movements. This movements can create space. Players must be in constant movement to create space for themselves or for other teammates.

Our coaches at Omnifoot usually start with the 4-2-3-1 but the formation is hybrid, never static.


This is a philosophy, although the ultimate goal is to win, the ideas must come first.

We want our kids to enjoy the game to have the ball therefore it is important to keep the ball, to give passing lanes and recover the ball asap.

I also uploaded the training we use for when we have a game on Saturday and two games Wednesday and Saturday.
