4-2-3-1 Wonderful play & strong defense!

This tactic gave me great results with Man Utd both home and away on FM Touch.

whats the point to say i have a tactic for you guys but i dont know how to share, to share pictures of my resuslts, training, OIs, etc etc

I am going to try to put this tactic into Football Manager on pc.
I had two questions though.

What training are you using and do you use OI's?

No OI and assistant does training. Sometimes I use Teamwork.
