Stopped my losing run at FC Bury after taking up the job almost instantly with this tactic. Try it out and let me know if it works for you too.

Currently on 4W & 1D in last 5 games (they were 1-5-8 before I took up the job and were dead last in League One).

Took charge after Blackburn game.
No transfers made.

Seems like Team Talks & Dressing room atmosphere is more important than ever for on field performance.

I also make some changes depending on the opposition and my assistant's recommendation.

Do you know how to improve Match Cohesion in Dynamics? My dressing room atmosphere is very good, but match cohesion is poor.

Saying that, I've won the first two games using this tactic. 2-0 and 2-1
