I have made a 4-2-3-1 tactic which I am currently testing with Manchester City. Below is the basic layout and the best 3 results I have had with the tactic so far.

I have no need to test it as its the exact formation I use with every team and on FM11 have used it with Leeds, Hartlepool, Villa, Guiseley, AFC Wimbledon and Arsenal. Obviously player roles are maybe a bit different but it has worked perfectly and I have had success with all these teams.
