Any description, training, OI, team talks or recommended players? Does it work straight as it is?

OI: leave to assistant
training: att movement before all games ... other things let assistant handle
team talks : drawing or losing at half time i use aggressive options , win any game assertive good win boys
recomended players : yacob , draxler , victor valdes

the wingers and strikers should be over 15 pace and acceleration
