I made this tactic with Ajax and worked amazing having over 60% possession and more than 20 shots per game, i started another save unemployed and got a job in Sevilla and this tactic is working great for me.

Please test and share your results, also if you tweak the tactic share it! and explain your changes, I believe that what is missing is better defensive set but who knows maybe i don´t have good defenders.
