4-2-4... which roles and duties fit my Chelsea players?

Hi.I managed Chelsea and use formation 4-2-4 which two central midfielders, two AM(left and right) n two forwards.

CB:IVANOVIC (alex is currently injured)
RB:RENAN
CM:ESSEIN
CM:LAMPARD
AML:MALOUDA
AMR:KALOU
CF:ROSSI
CFROGBA

just wondering what roles and duties suit them...

Terry - Ball playing defender - stopper
Ivanovic - limited defender - cover
Renan never had him
Essien - Ball winning midfielder - support
Lampard - Central midfielder - attack (long shots often, run into channels)
Malouda - winger att
Kalou - inside forward - att
Replace Rossi... Not really Chelsea starting 11 potiental
Drogba - target man/ complete forward att

i know drogba is complete forward but rossi have enough creativity and great passing so rossi will be the creative striker,and if u set essien as ball winning midfielder support,u will notice that his tackling is hard so he willget u cards,better set as defend.and try to read some thread in this forum title is a guide to formation and tactic,it tells you about partnership combo like full back attack+ inside forward....i.e malouda inside forward cole full back attack.so malouda will open space for cole to overlapping runs and provide cross.remember to set wide play hug touchline and zonalmarking +tight marking so they will not run out of position
