Sure.I'm managing Galatasaray, i don't a have a perfect squad but not bad either.In 11 games played, won 9, draw 2.
So I'm very impressed and decided to try with another team.Now I'm trying this with Everton with no transfer in or out.I will send the screenshots soon.For now the scores ;

thats cool man, the more you familiar with these tactics, the better result you could gain. my first season with ManU, i only bought eden hazard, and i only lost in fa 6th round. i won all others cup. second season, i bouth lukaku, but he got injured for 9 month. missed all the season. i bought also daniel de rossi and gordon in winter trasnfer. i won all the title. now its my third season in ManU.. i only bought cesar azpiliqueta for right back position. rotating him with rafael. played 8 match now. 5 win 3 draw. not too good. but i like it.

using right training is also help our team to be fresh. i use dunc's training on fm 11

hi,

its very easy, to know ur own pitch, ur club will ask at the beginning of the season wheter u want to relay ur pitch or not, they will inform u, the size of ur pitch. fyi, i always relay my patch into standar dimmension. or if u r in the middle of the game and u want to know, just go to ur board and ask to relay ur picth.

for our oppossition, just put one of ur scout to scoting next opponent. then before the match begin, he will inform u about that opponent and also inform u what size picth they have.

hi there, ill try to answer it

*for limited defender cover : marking, tackling, anticipation, determination, positioning, acceleration, jumping and strength. make sure to this def to have ppm : does not dive into tacke.

*for limited defender stopper : marking, tackling, agrresion, bravery, determination, positioning, jumping and streng. make sure this def have ppm : mark oppononet tightly. its also advantage if his strength is really good in the air. ( u can check player strength in report)

for left and right full back : crossing, dribbling, marking, tackling, anticipation, concentration, team work, wrok rate, acceleration and stamina. make sure they have get foward whenever possible. for left back make him have run with ball down left and for right back make him have hugs line.

as far as i know, this def is very good combination. the only problem i leak too many goal with this tactic was a keeper. in second season, i only used young keeper, and it cost me goals too many. but its settle when i decided to buy craig gordon in winter trasnfer. so i suggest you to have good keeper based on your level of leaague. find keeper who has strength in shot stooper or one on one situation

hmm. im sory mate, i dont know how tp do it about uploading from sharing website.
i havent try it yet into another team in fm 11. but so many times with small team in fm 10 and its succed. here'a all the fixture i ve been playing so far :

ok thats what im using anyway... i would like to tell some things for ur tac .. i finished a year using ur tactic(s) . i won the Greek league and Greek cup with AEK Athens... thats prety good imo .. but i saw many problems when the enemy playing 4-2-3-1 ( lost to PANATHINAIKOS 6-0 !! and to Olympiakos 0-4 , 3-1 ! ) .. do u change anything else if uplay vs better teams than u and they play this tac ? Also u said if ur losing or draw u change ur settings to pass in the space.. i think its working , at least i got some goals when i did that ..My question is , what do u do if ur wining 1-0 , 2-1 etc ? i mean u wanna keep the score like that ? keep like in the start or something ?

i'll try to answer according to my own experience. for sure, this is very subjective answer, as i also not a pro in football game.

can we succed to make our team doin above expectation sometimes without being flexible on our tactic? the answer is yes. can we succed most of all time without being flexible on our tactic? for me, the aswer is rubbish. what makes this fm game very interesting to me is we cant just win based on our tactic only. there are many aspect of this game that could determine the succes of ur team. in my opinion, we have to know exactly the strength of our team and player and also the team personality. which will makes u know exactly how to use ur squad in tactic and how to expect them reply into ur expectation or statement in interview.

from the first time i play cm in 92, until they released fm till now, the game become complecated more and more. for now, we cant just set our plug and play tatctic, click start the game and just sit and watch our team win. of course if we have good tactic our team will won more than loosing. but without being flexible on in, we might lost many times on our important match. for me, in this game, when i'm facing important game i do make special tactical things on my tactic, based on my player and condition. heres a short example :

im in third season using ManU. i have so manny playered injured. Rooney who in the first and second season score like a beast, didnt score that much anymore. i know why this is happen. its becoz i put rooney into trequartista (before i put him as poacher). i put him on this becoz i want macheda become my poacher and could developing fast into worldwide star. so i sacrifice rooney on it. macheda score, but not as much as rooney since he is still developing.

im facing bayern munich on champs quart final league. first match is in my home.
i lost 5 of my 11 best eleven squad. they score 2 first on first half. i was hoping to make it tied on second half hoping i could win in away game. thats my wish. so i tweak in second half, i push foward and i close them down more. i was not lucky enough. only score 1. 16 shoot 9 on target agains 10 shoot 3 on target. i lost 1-2, at HOME.

so, in second leg away. i must win at least 2 goals. or make score 2-1 to tied or 3-2 to win. i still have problem with my 4 long injured key player. im lucky macheda could play on second leg. makes me have rooney-macheda in front. my normal tactical for this is : put macheda as poacher and rooney as trequartista. but i know macheda is not on good form. ( he has 5 bad last game. he just also recover from down mentality since he mad at me, i didnt give him new contract..lol). so my only hope for scoring is rooney. i decided to make rooney back as poacher and put macheda as trequartista. i want rooney makes goals as many he can. thats the only hope i got. i also make ferdinand(already weak) to play again since smailing cant replace evans well. the stadium is long, so i switch into zoloft direct tactic. they score on min 25. makes me down 1-3. and my team seems cant make shoot. my passing also below, 66%. so i tweak, i shout out get ball foward and pass to feet. rooney score twice made my team lead 2--1 and tied 3-3 on first half. in second my passiing is aroung 74% and i shout off the pass to feet. i also always click ask assistent for specific threatment for ops player. i score again in min 60. but they score again at min 64. make the game tied 4-4 but enough for me to win since i made more goals away than them. they lost 1 man in in min 67. so i change my tactic from attack into control. i think im lucky i m through into semi final. will i won if i play normal? i dont think so.

so, in my humble opinion, knowing ur squad, their strenght and the character of ur team is the key. this example is the simple one, its become more complecated if u also want to go further, wich is : analyze ur oppppnent strengt and weak.

btw, that bayern, use the same tactic as u mention above : 4-2-3-1.

Hi Guys,

I have this game about 4 days ago and decide to use my old tactic from fm 10 since im crazy using 4-2-4 tactic. In FM 10 using this tactic i made record 80 games without lossing. most of the game at that time, i used so many tweak. But when i use this tactic in fm 11, in my opinion it works better since its really really plug and play tactic. i dont use tweak as many as in fm 10.

here's the formation of my tactic :

GK : Normal GK

DR/DL : Set as Full Back / auto duty

DCR : Set as Limited defender/cover

DCL : Set as Limited Defender/stopper

MCR : Set as Box to Box

MCL : Set as Adv Playmaker/ attack

AMR : Set as inside foward/attack

AML : Set as Winger/attack

STCR : Set as Trequartista

STCL : Set as Poacher

I made 3 kind of this formation with different team instruction. As you know before we have a match, our scout will inform us the condition of stadium we will playing.
There are 3 different kind of stadium :
1. Narrow side : predominantly in middle
2. Long side : favor direct play
3 short side : a lot of congestion in middle

so, my team tactic would be following this 3 types of stadium. ( Formation always the same). and of course at home tactic, i always use predominantly in middle since i always change my stadium picth into standar size.

I will upload my 3 tactics, and hope you guys would have a time to try it and give a feedback on it

the only tweak i do is : if in first 15-20 min score still 0-0 or im behind ( which very rare to happen) and my passing is over 75%, then i do shout out pass to space)

i used liverpool and used your tactics. i finished first!!! i scored 99 goals ut conceded 40 goals well!!!!

so i dont know whether should OI be activated so my team might concede lesser??

no. dont use oi... if u use oi (asking ur asstient to do it), then u gonna have too many shoot of target. and ur trequartista and playmaker cant perform well. they lacking space. the only oi i use manually is : if i found their striker playing very **** well, then i try to use oi to close him down, or tight marking or, weak foot if he has weak foot. ( remember do this manually to counter any specific well playing attacker opponent)
i only do ask asistent for team talk. i leave it to my assistent. for interview if u get bored to do it ur self, just send assitent also, just try to come if its important game only. such as semi final, final, or if u opposing strong op. 40 goals conceded is too much i think as liverpool. if u think ur oppoent gonna score too much agains you, just to shout out : hassle opponent. it will work.
