4-3-2-1 needed for download

Hello little Mourinhos,

I am absolutely new to the game and for trying out different tactics/approaches with my Palermo team in pre-seaon I would be happy if anyone could give my hints where downloadable 4-3-2-1 attacking tactics can be found.

I have found some FM 2010 tactics in this forum. Can these be used also in FM 2011 ?
