A perfect winning tactic doesn't exists. I'm sure you all already knew that.
Trying to recreate a real-life tactic is just a mythe. Football Manager is a PC simulation, and not just an ordinary simulation, but maybe the best so far.
I've been following this forum for many years, tried few tactics, and some had succes, and some didn't.
To make a short story shorter, I created my own style of play with the tactic I present you now.
Best is training set to tactics high, match preperation 1,5 day Teamwork, and individual focus set to the role the player plays within the tactic (light). This is no pre-season setting!
Actually, with these training settings, every tactic (style of play) with good combinations of roles can be a succes story.
