4-3-3 Defensive -Advice welcome!

So i've made this tactic so far and it's done me fantastically so far but i need some help tweaking it. Any advice is appreciated.

As you can see the wingers and MC are hugely important in this! Sahin has been absolutely superb for me being the main creator and scoring his fair share. The DM's also seem to compliment each other well Cana playing alongside Bender most of the time, both average avove 7.5 most games.

Any advice or thoughts on this would be good, cheers!

Brilliant results, mate.
You have 2 DMs. Bender is the perfect anchor man. So, the other DM need not cover. He can be used to initiate attacks from the deep. A deep lying playmaker is who I am talking about. The CDs or the anchor wins the ball and passes it to the DLP. He will look for the best player to pass to. In case you are looking to exploit the middle, you can ask the wingers to cut inside at times or use an IF. So, the AP has 3 options during attacks(2*IF and the AF).
