None, just made sure to add match review after every match in training. Don't know if it helps or not. Just did that.

No, I don't. Just change the mentality to very attacking if I am losing with half an hour to go.

More than the attributes, I try to focus on their suitability for that role. And work-rate and positioning are something I look for in any position. I also made it a point to choose fast players.

Yes, how much xyz player is suitable to play in the DM position as a DLP on Defend Duty for example. I prefer to go for people who are natural not only in their positions but roles as well.
