My intention while making this tactic is to make effective crosses into box and make sure that there is at least 3 players to hit to ball back of the net. Also win the ball back as quick as possible.
Few important things;
Your left F9 must be left footed and your right F9 must be right footed because they act as wingers and frequently make crosses.
Make sure your poacher has finishing ability 15 or more.
Your AP and RPM better have ability to switch flanks. (not very important but when they do switch flanks, attacks become much more effective)
And if you can find make sure that your AP is left footed and yoru RPM is right footed.
Match and general training are done by Assistant Manager.
Individual Tranings are set according to each player's position.
