4-3-3 with inside forwards

I want to play 4-3-3 which is based on pressure and fast attackings..and using the pace..i don't know why but it doesn't work..i don't have real chances in the matches..i need tips..what should i do so it will work?!?!
I play with liverpool..and srurridge/gaitan is in the right flank..and fischer/sterling is in the left and the are almost no chances in the game!!!!
What should i do?
The problem is in the tactic..not in motivation or cohersion..

what kind of 4-3-3 do you use?

also providing screenshots of the tactic itself could get you better help from tactic creators

Sounds to me you want to play either like Liverpool or Borussia Dortmund , look up articles about them and try to adjust your tactics to that
