It's 4-3-3 with, but just one striker. I said just.. it's not good word, coz if you have one strong striker - you can win all. First season and immediately i won league and Germany Cup, and my opponents was outsiders. Great effect. Now, you can see i have a two nice Offensive Midfielders - Mario Mandzukic is Winger (attack), and Sidney Sam Inside Forward (attack), coz he has only good left leg (very good). For comparison, Mandzukic both - then he can try a good cross. At the beginning Mandzukic plays advanced forward, but i bought Alan, from Red Bull Salzburg - and he plays like Poacher. He's fantastic. Every single match he strikes. Theres no playmaker or target man. Look at the tactic:
