Hi folks,
Okay i present here my 4-4-1-1 tactic i have created.

In terms of team behaviour i was inspiried by SC Freiburg and Dortmund. So we have a quite fluid system with high pressing and an attacking mentality.

Before i starting a half-season run, I am always doing the 5 matches test. That means 5 times the same game (meaning i reload the save game and play the game againg). As a benchmark i used nezzas tactic. Here the results.

Pros:
Good if you are clear favorite up to you oponnent ist slight favorite
Creates a good amount of CCC and HC

Cons:
Weak if you are the massive underdog on away matches.
Lacks sometimes in posession
