I Usually Play An Attacking/Contain 4-4-2 Diamond Wide Which Should Win Me Every Game Yet At Every Club I Managed I Got Relegated And Sacked Despite Playing Barcelona Style Football With A Low Tempo Anyone Got Any Ideas Why My Tactics Aren't Working?

Sounds like your tactic needs tuning. How many goals are you giving up vs goals scored?
In most FM manager games that I have played, including the most recent 2015, having a DM greatly helps your defense.

Losing an attacker sounds bad at first, however if you have a good regista type as your DM, you can help out your offense and defense at the same time. A very good Regista/DM to pick up early would be Lucas Romero who is a very good all-rounder and a worthwhile acquisition for only 7m pounds. If you don't have that much to spend, Gil Romero for around 3m pounds is another great target to fill that DM role, although he is not as skilled offensively as Lucas.

I Do Play With A DM Although I Score Plenty Of Goals My Defenders Keep Letting As Many Goals
