Just thought i share my own tactic for my Birmingham team, i was doing quite well until i lost my save.
It is the 1st tactic i created i normally use Mr houghs unbeaten or JP woody however i decided to go with a 4-4-2 and couldn't find one that fitted my team

It was used on Patch 10:3 and i created it with help from using Max's tactical guide.

First, sorry for the bad grammar, I am not English.

1- You have two playmakers. 1 deep-lying(dm) 1 advanced(amc). You should turn dm to defensive midfielder: support or defend
2- you have done nothing on team instructions. I advice you work a little on them; I can't give you any advices because I don't know you squad and they should play hard, counter-attack or something else.
3- You wingers are set to wide midfielder, if they don't have an accomplished midfielder position, don't let them play that way. It's up to you to choose the roles
4- a)One of you full backs are set to support and another to automatic.
b) If you choose them as wing backs the will be more offensive, if you choose them as full backs they will be more defensive. Choosing them as wing backs are better when they don't have any wingers on front.
