Well i tried this tactic for 1 game and i'm never using it again 
used it in the FA cup against a team from a division lower then mine.
I won 2-3, but was lucky not to get trashed 4-0 or 5-0
Shots 25-13 (i was away team)
CCC 7-1 (!)
On target 8-3
possession 48-52 (only positif stat)
So i think you either might have to tweak your tactic a bit furter or make a more decent OP, like OI, Training, usefull players ....
i might test it again if it's fluid, but at Accomplished it's not working for me, so i dont think it will work on Fluid either (at least not for me)

Just seen this thread my friend are you still play with Olympiakos ? I will be more than happy to help you if you need any advice or just a second opinion. If you could post some screenshots with the team and the tactic you want to use it would be very helpful !
