4-4-2 tactic help

when playing a 4-4-2 what sort of striker goes well with a target man when the ball is played in the air for example poacher??

also would a playmaker suit a 4-4-2 formation or not??

Target Man - Poacher , Target Man - Advanced Forward. Midfield combination : Ball Winning Mid - Advanced Playmaker , Central Mid (Deffend) - Advanced Playmaker , Deep Lying Playmaker - Central Mid (Attack) .

Only If target man woul have like 19 mentality and would be on attack.But I never tried that combination and I dont know the results of it.
