I very rarely post any tactics, as I normally just download them from this forum, but I thought I would give making my own tactic a go. After watching Swansea's recent win against Arsenal it inspired me to make a tactic loosely around Monk's 443....
I started using this in my Ipswich Town save, where I have managed to get Town to the Premier League in my first season, a 15th placed finish in my 2nd and 7th in my third.

One of the best things I like about this tactic is that I can get my fairly average Ipswich side to play nice attractive football and get some good wins against teams who are much better than me.
Now I am not saying this is a perfect tactic but I would appreciate if some of you guys would be able to try this tactic out, and help improve on my already solid results.
I leave all OI + Training instructions to my Assistant Manager
