I have 40m to spend !!

im currently in march but i get a new budget every year so i need to spend this one up and needing help on who to choose or weather to spend it on youths.?so if you could reccomend someone i would be greatful.

and im curently hull and 4th in the league 4th season so not all good players are at the same clubs.

yeah but i dunno how to send a screenshot ? lol can u tell me. and i sold marquinhos for 35 m to m.city. im signing fleck on free at end of season and same with santon.beevers mattock arent good enough but ill try the others .
