I'm using this tactics with Como, a third division Italian team.
First year I accomplished an easy promotion to Serie B.
Now I'm tweaking the tactics in order to make it viable against tougher opponents and at the moment I'm first in Serie B (expected 10th).
It seems that moving the passing style to "a little more direct" gives better scoring opportunities.
