Even tho,i didn't know guehi was terabad as defender(low aggression), managed to make him play as IWB (Literally something strange about this role,like players won't even play there), had to adapt many players and that's mean i lost some position power, w/e 2nd mistake was to buy the GOAT(Scamacca), why? because i had to get someone better, he literally didn't break in... thanks god, Ferguson made another alien season.

Lost the EPL but Won everything else, seem easier to win UCL then EPL ... Next Season(the last), hope the kids that are already growing pretty well with the training and setup will lead Kebub(my alter) to conquer the EPL.

I have built a team playing on your 4121299% on my online save.
The results are good but still struggling to win against my mates which cost me the league.
They use 4231 Extreme Volts XX - IFs ( S ) Tweak and JosephVY4-2-2-2GegenPress .

What do you suggest? Should I build the team in another effective tactic like xmas for all?
If I keep 4121299%, should I use another system against them? any specific change? OI? Tweak mentality or just use another tactic agains them? if yes which one? Thanks in advance for your help.

About your request you need to choose a tactic that can be easily adapted to your players. Pressing the dms will help you to break their building up

My team can be adapted to xmas for all easily, but do you think xmas for all is your most effective tactic at the moment?
I've seen the test in TFF's Hot Tub wasn't that good.

What do you mean by good or not? 62 points is really alot

A system/shape is performing if you know how to drive it, as I did easily with brighton with a bounce of 120-130 CA players... If you use the right training you will dominate. And you can easy transition to 41212 as well or or go 4123 is up to you tbh

I didn't meant 62 points wasn't good, just saying that other tactics performed better.

Which 4123 you think is the most effective? There's plenty of options.

So far the best tactics I've used in Fm23 was yours before patch and now 4121299%, but maybe I am missing something out there.

Doesn't work like that, 4123 might be better for some kind scenario and in others not. Btw point is how do you like to play? More stable? More offensive? more passing? That's something you have to decide. All those tactics are almost the same on output perfomance.

I'm also a referee for 3/4 division. I've made tons of tactical analasys of clubs for sites and newspapers but never dared...

I tried pushing shadow strikers in pressing forward position with defend duty (stay wide) with Brighton 2nd season and it work wonders

Sutalo/thiaw are top cheap defender. ML I like Ocampos i don't know if villa have naturalcaml/r. Arda/zhakytarian/Scott(can play multiple roles)

don't buy guhei and mitchell. Bellanova is(decent) DW. Rest are kid that i like to check the training impact.
