This is first ever tactic that i dare to post on this forum.After testing many tactics(own and other from this forum) i come to conclusion that none can offer consistency and all tactics have their withdrawns at one point or another and this tactic isnt different("thanfully" to this weird ME that FM2014 has integrated so mostly its not tactic fault its in the core of the game but i wont develop this issue in this thread since this is upload/download tactic section and also i dont want ).So feel free to try my tactic if u wish and good luck.This been said lets go back to my tactic.
My formation is a nonstandard 4231,meaning i decided to use 2 deep holding midfieldiers and 3 atacking midfielders ocupying midfield of the pitch upfront.The reason i use 2 deep holding midfielders its because i want a better zone defense and to prevent opossite strikers and atacking midfielders to roam in this zone from where they can make easy assists or deadly forward runs.Also being a narrow formation each holding midfielder will give some protection for fullbacks too along with wide AMCs higher on the pitch.And the reason i use 3 AMCs is because after much grinding i came to conclusion they give a more stability both offensively and defensively.
This tactic is inspired from an old tactic of mine that i used in older 3.0 patch that i had succes and now im using it in latest patch with slightly minor changes like defensive line and few others so this tactic should work both 3.0/3.1 patch.A very good thing about this tactic is that main striker is a goal machine wich very rarely i saw in any tactic and honestly i am tired of all this tactics where all players score except the one who is designed and should and this is main thing why i love this tactic so much.

Noronha had 34 goals in 32 apparitions and he has terrible stats beside physical ones.

Results in 14.3.1(down after the red line ) wich im still testing and trying to improve this tactic even better.
One thing to mention is that i changed to this tactic after i lose consistency while using another tactic and had a terrible start in season both as league and champions league and i decided to use this old tactic and since than it did not let me down and puted me back on tracks while making main striker a beast of a goalscoarer.

Best results is winning against AC Milan and Bayern in champions league playoff and sadly i finished 3rd only with 9 pts while Bayern also having 9 pts but better G.D,wich i dont even know how it was possible since my average CA isnt more than 120-130.Yes i have good regens with good PA 140-150+ but most of them are in developement stage and average team is arround 21-22 years since i play "Ajax style",raising kids and selling them and replace them with other kids.

The match preparation that i use is like this:
Preseason Fitness(high) while match training pushed max to left
In rest Tactics (high) while match training pushed max to left.
Match training i recomend to choose wisely between defensive positioning,attacking movement depending of your opossition strength and ofc use teamwork or tactic in friendlies.Rest use it before and after the match if u are on 3 fronts and only after the match if u are on 2 fronts or less.
Also is important to add main tactic in all 3 slots to make it familiar as fastest possible and when is 100% add the waste one in 2 other slots.
Individual training:
Gk-Alternate between goalkeeper and handling
DR/DL-wingbacks
DC-Central Defenders
BWM-BWM
DLP-DLP
AMC-attacking midfielder/advanced playmaker both suits this role
AMRC/AMCL-Inside Forward
STC-Poacher if use Inzaghi type of player or Complete Forward if use Drogba type of player.ALso train their weaker main attributes from time to time such as finishing,off the ball,heading,jumping reach.

-the strong foot should be the one in wich side of pitch he play so u can make a mirror tactic if your DLP is right footed,just put him in centre than move the BWM in his place and after move DLP in right side of pitch.It should keep their PI doing like this and save tactic.

.Guys corner set pieces i dont like them atm so feel free to change them if u want.For now im grinding and messing arround with corners,trying to find the perfect corner set piece for this tactic.Also i try make striker involve from offensive corner since i want him make score even more goals so expect soon v2 tactic with updated set pieces.
