4231 HELP????

Hi i have my own tactics which consist of a 433 which has won me every trophy there is and made me undefeated but im looking to play a 4231 and i can never seem to be successful with this formation , does anyone have any tips ??

What's your tactic first and foremost.

But I will say that the 4-2-3-1 is strange on FM. I won't say it is broken because I've seen people have success with it but it certainly doesn't replicate IRL 4-2-3-1. I would suggest going 4-4-1-1 (closest to irl 4-2-3-1 than the actual 4-2-3-1 in game) which offers better defensive stability.

I'll give more detail but I'd really need to see your tactic and for you to highlight where you are going wrong.

these are my tactics , there is nothing wrong with my current ones , i got tamworth a non league cub to premier league and champions league and won everything , ive also done undefeated seasons with numerous clubs.

I jst fancy trying a 4231 out thats all

4-2-3-1 formation features a lot of forward players, so perhaps you should use a more fluid approch so they return and help defence...high pressing would work well...
