no shouts it's classic mode , OI and preparation by the assistant
training only specific role :

mc : deep playmaker
wingers : inside forwards
amc : advanced playmaker
wb : winback
striker : advanced forward

I'm having some good success with this tactics. I did some tweaking by using Playmaker and my strikers and wingers (left) are banging in goals. I'm currently managing FM Base in the Blue Square Bet South. Will post some pictures later.
