This is a balanced tactic that doesn't defend or attack with too many men. Keeping the balance is the key too success. (PS I MAKE NO SIGNINGS TO PROVE THE STRENGTH OF THE TACTIC)
I have analyzed the tactic and the most impressive thing is that the formation is so packed moving forward and sitting back that there will never be a scenario where someone is pressing alone. They either don't press or press together.
This tactic also attacks from all aspects horizontally. I have also reduced the counterattacking risks by identifying the players that can lose the ball in the offense (the mezalla) . Because this player is so attack-minded I made the fullback extra defensive to keep a good balance. The Mezalla is also the player that is allowed to shot most to avoid counter attacks.

EDIT: General Training should be on "Balanced" and the Match Preperation should be on "Match Tactics"
