In my first year in the Premier League with a newly promoted I'm using this tactic. The team is in last place but after 7 games we are third. A really fun tactic. I'm also testing your corner kicks, but at the moment the pattern I created seems better

Hit on the near post. The two central defenders, one attacks the near post, the other stays at the near post (I recommend the tallest and strongest with a header at the near post). A man near the flag, one marking the goalkeeper and two other players at the far post

Thanks, and how many goals do they get approx each season?
The one on this tactic gives me 20-30 on a 38 match season.

Last season 28 goals split between the two defenders

What do you do about Team and Individual training?

What do you mean "about team?" about individual training usually i do that but i find it a bit waste of time on this FM testing out only with scheduling i will write on the main thread about it when i am done with the udinese run

Very good results in my brazilian save, comfortably winning the league and all cups. I have a strong team (4th consecutive titles) but this tactic was surprisingly solid defensively (only 16 goals conceded in 38 games) while also scoring almost 3 goals per game. Top striker Ayala scored 42 goals in 28 games (never mind the 111 overall goals thanks to regional Amazonense league ) which is very good considering he's not great in the air so didn't exploit the corner routine that much (still managed to score 4 or 5 mostly on near post). I imagine a taller striker could really reach crazy numbers, but the tactic worked very well for me even without relying much on corners. Great job!

Have been using this tactic for a while in my save.
I can't find enough adjectives for this tactic. Have been using this tactic when managing Arsenal, Netherlands and Roma. Woug Weghorst came in 2nd place for goalscorers in the World Cup.

Ti direi una cazzata, non è ho idea, per esempio rimane sempre arancione sul test league però in game diventa verde quasi subito ...

Depends on the players you want to focus, with Man U did 23-27 maximum, yes is on the last tactics on the main thread

Problem is just one they literally made worst CM(zone) roles and they boosted again IWBs so most likely we will see more tactics going on underlaps and inside

thanks i just changed to your 4222n jiu jitsu is it tactic and iv played 7 games with it and scoring at least 4 goals a game keep up the great tactical work ;0)
