Try changing from "Overload" to "Control"

If you conceded a lot on counter-attack in previous encounters, remove "Push higher up" instruction.

To improve defense, but sacrifice some offensive power, add the following player instructions:
- STCR - "Mark specific player: DL"
- STCL - "Mark specific player: DR"

These tweaks usually help my team.
