OK, so it seems that we can use this tactics simply as plug & play and tweaks are not necessary.
However, I still wonder who should take the most central spot in the attacking trio. Should it be a striker with the best finishing and off the ball skills or maybe there are other skills that are more important in this central spot, for example strength, jumping and heading?

If i download Joss Final tactic, i have to change to overload mentality or i let it attack mentality?

overload seems to works better (I never tried it), but attacking mentality worked good for me :)
 
This tactic has been my favourite out of all the other tactics but there must have been an update because the tactic has been ruined defensively.. Please save the tactic and make it stronger defensively!
 
I changed the tactic from attacking to overload and it seems a lot better, just need to make it stronger in defence.
 
after a long test period trying different systems, I think this 433 is the better system I can do. I'm trying few tweaks for the defence but it's very difficult to score a lot without conceding with this ME.
 
Final with Overload
2nd in the Prem in our first season up there - predicted to finish 19th
As you can see on the right, got a very very average team, no super stars.
Can't wait to see how it goes with a few big signings

Most of the season i´ve used Nezzatweak! In the final against Chelski i used Joss final (counter) and man mark their wingbacks with my two outer false nines!
 
I want to test this tactic in normal mode (not classic),but what about trainings?
