I came here to share a tactic made by a friend.. I also have to say that some of the instructions used are based on tactics of Vudo.
It is a system in 4-3-3, 4-5-1 ... call it what you want.

Formation
Match preparation:Medium pre-season -> Attacking movement. During season still Medium and switch between Offensive Corners and Team work.
Opponent instructions, assistante manager take care of them.

Derby in Alvalade
Player type: RB and LF, Agility, Velocity, Acelaration , Good Croos (14 or more)
Ex: Sime Vrsaljko, Danilo, Alex Sandro, Romário.
CB good Agility, desarm, concentration, heading (Right CB first post in corners), Strenght
-Ex: Otamendi, Mangala, Davud Luiz
CDM i recomend someone like FERNANDO from FCPORTO, Macherano, Yann M'Vila.
CM Passing , tecnic,first touch and good Mentals.
-Ex: João Moutinho, Badelj, Witsel.
Wingers very very fast wingers and good dribling
-Ex:Willian, Douglas Costa, Shaqiri.
ST Finishing, Heading, Agility, Strenght, Compusure are the most importante.
-Ex: Cavani, Sanogo, even Darwin Quintero.
