442 tactics help

Hey im new to FM and want to get to grips with the game. I have started with man city so i can learn the game better. I have made some adjustments to the squad, here it is.

Given
Richards Kjaer/Toure Gallas/Lescott Bridge
SWP Barry Ireland Robinho
Balotelli/Adebayor Tevez

What tactics should i use guys? Thanks

Not entirely sure, but try a 4-4-2 (or 4-1-1-2-2):

GK: Given
DR: Richards
DC: Toure, Gallas
DL: Bridge

DM: Barry
MC: Ireland
AMR: SWP
AML: Robinho

ATT: Adebayor, Tevez

Set Adebayor to Target Man. Try it out, and experiment.

You can if you want, look around and read the descriptions and look at the screenshots to see which tactic you prefer and suits your team best.

Im assuming it will take time for my team to get used to a tactic?

Yeah, also buying a lot of players doesn't help towards the team performing with a new tactic. Should only take around 7-10 games with Man City.
