Infomation about the formation

Prologue

The reason why i made this formation i started a brand new save with arsenal and i wanted to try and make a formation that was attractive football fast movment and plenty of ball possession so far i have noticed that we get on average 61% ball possession ok so not like barcelona but still pretty high but most inportantly you get results and that is what you want in a formation.
Why this formation and approach then ?

I some times forget that i am playing football manager because my team plays alot like arsenal in real life i am a massive fan on how wenger has manage arsenal over the years he has been an idol to me and i personally think he one of the world best managers.

Player roles and duties
With this formation i decied to use for the very first time player instructions and doing this has been effective we have a lot of creative players so i wanted to add this to the formation .

Training
To be honest i just use the defult setup. I have never used individuall schedules but if you want to make one or even download one, try to focus on those parts important to you as a manager.

i dont know if it down to the me or a certain player the defenders just dont defend some think i will change in the up coming season
 
im just starting a chelsea save mite give this a try...! you could try dropping the defencive line a little
 
lost 2-0 to city in comm shield beat reading away 3-0 beat wigan 4-0 atletico madrid 3-1 and man utd 3-0 i took long shots off poacher and the wingers there beating there fullbacks now and crossing and there are 3-5 players there waiting for the cross its going very well at the min will keep you posted
 
oh and i changed it to default tackling and default crossing and that made a little bit of a differance

unlucky vs city in the sheild makes you feel better i lost to wigan in the comm shield second season seems to be doing well in your league though
 
View attachment 287268i also dropped def line down to 1st click of push up as for some reason terrys pace is only 9 its made a differance as both goals for city were balls played over the top
 
first game. twente -arsenal 6-1. my defenders overall was from 5.8 to 3,2 (jenkinson)
hope it will be better.it will always be sushine after rain i've heard :)
 
dld the tactic and trying it on my AS Roma save in my 3rd season ... beat inter 6-2, juve 2-1, real madrid 4-1 and atalanta 1-0 ... so far ... good tactic ... but i previously played a tactic similar to this and my team already know how to play it :)) ... i do like the winger play :) ... and the CM (not the DLP) is just spectacular, how he runs to the front and GOAL :D ... the def isnt that great but the attack compensates :D ... i will play with ur tactic and see how it goes ...

how much did you end up selling; Arshavin, and Djourou for?
I am struggling, I will give this tactic a run. Before using this one, I had 1 win from 3 games, with 2 defeats and sitting 12th. I need a change something lol. Plus I missed out on selling Arshavin, Djourou and a couple others. Teams were interested, but never offered anything...bastards lol
I bought Jordy Clasie (13.5mil), Zaha (7.5mil), Demba Ba (7mil), Jetro Willems (8.5mil) and Adryan (875k)
