keep shaw, becomes one of the best left backs in the game
i'd also get a new keeper, and sell romero. you can probably pickup a regen, or someone like begovic who is home-grown, wouldnt cost much at all, and wouldnt mind being a backup. if not, look at rulli, leali, perrin, timo horn, or butland

Sell Durm, Shaw helps fulfill HG quota. Di Maria and Herrera can leave if you really want, they don't seem necessary. I'd buy Rulli as a backup to De Gea who can succeed him eventually. Maybe invest in Kranevitter as well as a more solid holding mid?
Then you could look at picking up some English talent to help fulfill the HG quota: Isaiah Brown, Lewis Baker, Diego(?) Poyet, Nathanial Clyne, Callum Chambers, John Stones, Ross Barkley
