Because I was playing FM15 I couldn't use tactics from 14 so I decided to recreate it. The results.

I played a 4 at the back with two wing backs and a Defensive-mid. Two Central midfielders, an attacking mid and two strikers.

The Defenders were set to Central Defenders on defend.
The Wing backs were set to Complete Wing backs on attack.
The Defensive midfielder was set to Anchor man on defend. (You can experiment but has to be on defend)
The Central midfielders were set to Central mids and on support.(You can experiment but has to be on support)
The Central Attacking Midfielder was set to Enganche. (You can experiment)
The Strikers were both set to False nine on support. (You can experiment)
Extras:
The player instructions are not specific but the philosophy of this style of play is mainly passing and when chances open up, take them. Depending on players long shots stats you can up the amount of times they shoot but mainly try and make it a passing game.

My team, as you can see, has been playing very well to the point where there is no formation that we are vulnerable to. REMEMBER THIS IS STILL EARLY IN THE SEASON SO THESE ARE NOT MY FINAL STATS.

Like many tactics, there is a high chance that this tactic will work or will not work. I am not guaranteeing you a 100% win or draw every game because I am only so far into my first season. It has worked very well for me and it should work well for you.

P.S. The reason that the West Ham 9-1 scoreline is because my game quit before I saved it and so I had to re-do some things.
Training?:
My team had fitness problems so I had to make the focus fitness and on heavy but if your team is fit then you should have no trouble but make sure that the pre-match training is set to the tactic on Attacking Movement.

Corners/Set pieces:
You can do whatever you want with the set pieces. I've noticed that on corners the near post is very vulnerable a lot so you can command a player to make a near post run. They don't have to be super tall or anything because most near post goals will be volleys.

What If I've lost a game?
You may lose but the chances are low. If you do, the assistant will probably recommend you say that your team was unlucky because the stats will show a domination from your side.
