Yeh most of the goals conceded are coming from crosses which I believe are bugged or non existent defending which should both be getting a patch update today according to miles, be interesting to see if it irons the errors out.Ok here is an update from me.
I have been swapping between my Southampton save and Rosenborg save and im using you're tactic and W4nkers 4-5-1v2.
W4nkers seem overall more solid, but there are matches i pull you'rs out, specially if the opponemt play narrow and 3-4-3 etc. It works wonders then with the wingbacks having crazy amount of crosses. Might mention it saved me a 1-1 away on Mestalla and im currently playing at home for EL final spot vs United. im starting with W4nkers, but if i need a secret weapon i know were to find it
The main concern with this tactic is that it tends to get a bit static with the 3 CM's. Although it overall works good i can see it could use some work ,because it tends to eighter leave lots of space between the defence and midtfield, or me not having enough people going forward when i go on the break. I tried as you know to tinker a bit, but i put that to rest until next weekend were i will do a ful lsurvey of the tactics i have tried.
Anyways, nobody can take away the credit you deserve for creating a top notch tactic who is beast for middle+ PL teams (i know that from experience).

played this tactic my 1st game im barnsley v man city in fourth round of fa cup was expecting a bashing as barnsley team is pants and no signing of any note as barnsley have no money plus i sold my best player for 3m expecteing some transfer funds and i didnt notice 5% was all they were giving me 
(( anyway back to the match i managed i 1-1 draw and was the better team city scored late and had a great team out??? so i was happy with a reply until i realised **** have got the reply at there ground ((( now i really was expecting to get smashed so we start the game i nip in the kitchen and return to my amazement that after 30 mins david perkins my 300K centre mid has scored twice 
))))))))))) now surely city will win 6789-2?? anyway they score just before half time ((( then they level after and just a matter of time for the winner but 90min 2-2 extra time no real chances for anybody then the penalties and to my amazement i win on pens )))))))))))))))))))))) good tactic and for my little barnsley team a world beater off to elland road for next round come on you reds

Update on my United save. Used for the last 8 games of the season, Won 4 league, lost 1 to Man City and managed to win the CL against League Champs Arsenal. Quite happy with the results considering how late in the season I changed, hopefully the 2nd season it will improve.
Only negative is in the 8 games I managed to amass 4 Red Cards, mixed from Strikers, CB and FB's

Press F12 then they'll save in your steam fm folder.
When you get a red card fine a player 2 weeks wages.

Im in the finals vs united!
Even match were i did not create to much. Then i got an injury and was forced to bring on a defender so i thought i might awswell swap to you're tactic.
So tactical changes happends, and next highlight my right wingback makes a crazy run and hits a cross that S?derlund needs two chances on to score, but he did score!!!
I went Counter and balanced and played safe the game out. no highlights the last 15min.
Have you got good wing backs? they're crucial for this tactic to be successful.
How many games have you played with the tactic and is it fluid?
I have played until january and got sacked and no it is balanced but i have tried all the different variations

It's my Rosenborg Save in Norway.
I have changed the squad a LOT so harmony could probably be better. But i have Boyata coming from City next Transferwindow so for next season i will try to mainly use you're tactic and work on individual instructions and see how it pans out. i got Escudero from Boca aswell so my squad will for next season be a beast!
Player reccommendations i have discovered:
- Diskerud MC (will work well for Championship and lower PL teams)
- Jairo Velez SC (cheap and young with tonns of potential 20 determinaton ensures he gets that potential out)
Bug of the century exploited! My CB heads towards the goal on corner. the head is so weak he manages to catch up with the ball who is destined for the net (their gk is on the other post on the ground, and no defender is close), he picks it up on the line and hits a pass to a teammate in own half....
